Last week we hosted our annual Welcome Back Dinner, and it was wonderful to have so many of our students, families, and staff come together to start the new school year.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for a great meal, games, prizes, and an opportunity to connect with one another. Events like this are an important part of building strong relationships between our school, families, and community.

Good morning,
We wanted to make families aware of an incident that occurred in our cafeteria this morning.
A student began choking while eating and required immediate first aid from one of our staff members. Thankfully, our staff member was able to respond quickly and the student is okay.
There were other students in the cafeteria at the time who witnessed the incident. While everything turned out well, we recognize that seeing something like this can be upsetting or scary for children. Our staff have been checking in with students and providing reassurance as needed.
We are very thankful for the quick response of our staff and, most importantly, that the student is doing well.
We wanted to share this with families in case your child talks about the incident when they get home today.
