October has come and gone and so has our beautiful weather! The rainy season is well upon us and winter seems to have arrived early.

Welcome back to the 2022/2023 school year! We were so excited to see new and returning students and families after the summer break.
May-June 2022 Newsletter
We have finished the year off in true Gwa'sala-'Nakwaxda'xw School style! These past few weeks have been extremely busy but rewarding. It has been so nice to reconnect with our families and community and get back to some pre-COVID 19 events and activities.
Summer Learners, we start tomorrow.
With gentle hearts we begin tomorrow as planned. We acknowledge that there will be a funeral service tomorrow, and it is with the family's permission that our Summer Learning Camp will start on the date we had planned.
Thank you to all who have signed up and are ready to begin tomorrow: Monday, July 20th at 10am ☀️ Reminder, we are based out of the LIBRARY (the school's front doors will be locked).
Week 1: Monday to Thursday, July 20-July 23
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, July 27-July 30
Week 3: Tuesday to Friday, August 4-August 7
Week 4: Monday to Thursday, August 10-August 13
Adults, when dropping off your kiddos, you will need to sign a permission form, so don't run away too fast!
Pickup will be 2pm ☀️
