Today is Pink Shirt Day at the school. Today is a reminder that when need to work together and treat others with dignity and maya’xala (respect). "Lifting each other up” and supporting healthy self esteem and teaching empathy, compassion and kindness is one that we strive to do everyday at the Gwa'sala-'Nakwaxda'xw School. It's also important to define the term "bullying" as it relates to behaviours so we can react in appropriate ways.
